Then she wanted us (as non-smokers) to gang up on another tenant who smoked (out her window, no-less). I think SHS is unpleasant, to say the least, but I think a reasonable amount of noise, smells, etc should be assumed in apartment/condo living. And in apartments, okay, I could see the common areas being subject to health law, but the inside of the apartment?
