Florida has come one step closer to making that a reality, with a proposed law<\/a> mandating that restaurants always have enough toilet paper on hand.\u00c2\u00a0 But they aren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t defining “enough.” Would this mean that greasy spoons, chili parlors and Taco Bells must legally have more T.
