First they&#8217;ll set it to &#8220;suggested&#8221; temperatures.  Customers would be allowed to override the &#8220;suggestions,&#8221; but Big Brother would have the ultimate control, and the final say.<\/p>\n<p>Concerns that the signal could be hacked have been brushed aside.
